At Superior Foods, our team is our greatest asset. With a dedicated workforce of 75 employees and counting, we are committed to fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. Our employees have an average tenure of 8 years, with many team members celebrating 10, 20, and even 30+ years with us. This longevity speaks to the positive work environment and growth opportunities we offer.
Headquartered on the beautiful Central Coast in Watsonville, California, our team represents over ten nationalities. Nearly half of our employees are multilingual, and women account for over half of our team. We believe that our diverse backgrounds and perspectives drive innovation and help us better serve our global partners.
