  • Competitive Base Pay Plus Annual Discretionary Performance Pay
    • Target performance pay = 5% of base pay
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
    • Immediate eligibility and automatic enrollment
    • We contribute 3% of your gross compensation annually with no employee match required
