- Competitive Base Pay Plus Annual Discretionary Performance Pay
- Target performance pay = 5% of base pay
- 401(k) Retirement Plan
- Immediate eligibility and automatic enrollment
- We contribute 3% of your gross compensation annually with no employee match required

The Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing existing business and accounts by building relationships with transparency, growing trust and credibility, adding value, and helping our customers achieve their goals, which are the foundations of our long-term success. The Sales Executive develops and implements strategic sales plans, maximizes sales growth opportunities, and identifies and targets new business opportunities in order to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term commercial sales objectives.
